Non-Refundable Payments: Unless otherwise specified in writing, all payments made for Services are non-refundable.Late or Failed Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of Services. Reinstatement of Services after a failed payment may incur additional fees.Dispute Resolution: If you dispute any charge, you must contact us within 30 days of the date of the disputed charge. Failure to contact us within this time period will be deemed an acceptance of the charges.

We adhere to federal and Tennessee state regulations regarding payment processing and data security, and we work to ensure all billing practices comply with applicable financial and consumer protection laws.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, all fees for our Services are non-refundable. You may cancel your Service subscription or plan at any time; however, cancellation will not affect any charges that have already been incurred. This means:
